A two-storey semi-detached house in Orchard has been launched for sale by Expression of Interest (EOI), with a guide price of about $12 million or $2,450 per sq ft (psf) based on the 454.9 sq m (4,896 sq ft) land area, revealed marketing agent Edmund Tie.
Located along Jalan Kelawar, the freehold property sits on an elevated rectangular site that is bounded by Orchard Boulevard, Paterson Road and Grange Road.
The property is near the Orchard Road, while the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT station is a mere 300m away. While it is situated within close proximity to many malls and amenities, the property is nestled in a serene and exclusive landed housing enclave.
