SC Global Developments has partnered K11 ARTUS from K11 Group for a first-of-its-kind residential collaboration at Cuscaden Reserve.
Located at 8 Cuscaden Road near the upcoming Orchard Boulevard MRT station, the 28-storey Cuscaden Reserve is close to various hotels, high-end restaurants and lifestyle amenities.
The luxury condominium project – which is a collaboration between SC Global, New World Development and Far East Consortium – offers 192 residential units in one- to three-bedroom configuration, with most of the units having private lift access. Unit sizes range from 700 sq ft to 2,078 sq ft.
Meanwhile, K11 ARTUS is Hong Kong’s first luxury residence to support and promote China’s modern cultural renaissance. It was the brainchild of Adrian Cheng, founder of K11 and executive vice-chairman and general manager of New World Development.
With the collaboration, residents at Cuscaden Reserve will experience “a service culture delivered through K11 ARTUS, which takes inspiration from the craftsmen and principles of fine art, with a team of trained artisans empowered to anticipate residents’ needs and deliver thoughtful touches to delight and inspire”.
The 192-unit development will feature extraordinary curated public spaces that integrate nature, art and exquisite objects.
Its Clubhouse (as pictured above), for instance, will boast a relaxed art-filled contemplative space with an eclectic selections of books – providing a quiet co-working space as well as a place for relaxed entertainment.
“My personal belief is that form must meet function. This has been an emphasis for SC Global since day one as part of our mantra of the Ultimate Living,” said SC Global’s founder and chairman Simon Cheong.
“We are delighted that Cuscaden Reserve will be managed by SC Global in collaboration with K11 ARTUS. It is timely now in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Bauhaus Movement that we embark on a new journey with the synthesis of art, culture and architecture.”
