Over 4,500 Flocked To Avenue South Residence Preview

Avenue South Residence attracted over 4,500 visitors over the weekend, after its sales gallery along Alexandra View was opened for preview on Friday (30 August).

Developed by UOL Group, its subsidiary United Industrial Corporation Limited and Kheng Leong Company, the 1,074-unit condo will be launched for sale on 7 September.

The development comprises two 56-storey towers as well as five conserved four-storey apartment blocks. It features one- to four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging between 474 sq ft and 1,668 sq ft.

The first 300 units are being offered by the developers from $858,000 for the one-bedders to $1.15 million for the two-bedders. In fact, half of the units at Avenue South Residence will be offered at below $1.5 million.

Located at Silat Avenue near the upcoming Greater Southern Waterfront and the Rail Corridor, Avenue South Residence is also near the future Circle Line 6, providing residents easier access to Marina Bay and Raffles Place once the new Keppel and Cantonment MRT stations open by 2025.

Avenue South Residence’s sales gallery is open daily from 10am to 7pm.
