Avenue South Residence, a 1,074-unit residential project located right at the doorstep of Greater Southern Waterfront, will be opened for preview this Friday (30 August), with 300 units set to be released for sale at the initial launch.

A project of UOL Group, its subsidiary United Industrial Corporation Limited and Kheng Leong Company, the development comprises two 56-storey towers and five conserved four-storey blocks.

It offers one- to four-bedroom units ranging between 474 sq ft and 1,668 sq ft. The development will also feature close to 10,000 sq ft of commercial facilities, which include F&B outlets and a childcare centre.

Units under the Heritage Collection category will be offered at an average price of $1,780 per sq ft (psf) at the initial launch, $1,980 psf for those under the Horizon Collection and more than $2,250 psf for those under the Peak Collection.

“Given our competitive land price, we are able to offer a product with high specifications and quality finishes at attractive prices starting from $858,000 for a one-bedroom unit and $1.15 million for a two-bedroom unit, said UOL Group chief executive Liam Wee Sin.

“Half of the 1,074-unit development are priced below $1.5 million, offering buyers plenty of choice units to capitalise on the area’s growth story and unique character of this development.”

Located at Silat Avenue, Avenue South Residence is near the future Circle Line 6, offering residents easier access to Marina Bay and Raffles Place once the new Keppel and Cantonment MRT stations open by 2025.

Its sales gallery along Alexandra View, which is open daily from Friday (30 August) at 10am to 7pm, will come with a media room to enable prospective buyers to experience the panoramic views from the top of the actual project.
