SingHaiyi Group’s largest project to-date – Parc Clematis – received robust interest during its first weekend preview, with over 5,000 people visiting its sales gallery.

Unit sizes at the development range from 452 sq ft for a one-bedder to 2,669 sq ft for the biggest five-bedroom penthouse unit. Sizes for the strata terrace homes start from 2,659 sq ft, while the bungalows measure 3,832 sq ft each.
Prices for a one-bedroom unit begin from $699,000, $1.05 million for a two-bedder and $1.32 million for a three-bedder.
Located at the former site of Park West condominium, Parc Clematis enjoy easy access to major transport nodes like the Clementi MRT Station and Clementi bus interchange. It is also near various prestigious schools and amenities.
SingHaiyi noted that 80 percent of the 633,000 sq ft site features lush landscaping and communal facilities, including one of the biggest beach-inspired swimming pools in the city-state and communal kitchens.
