Asia’s leading property technology firm, PropertyGuru Group has appointed property industry veteran Dr Tan Tee Khoon as the new Country Manager for Singapore. With three decades of experience in Singapore’s property industry, Dr Tan has held leadership positions across both private and public sectors.
He recently served as Knight Frank Singapore’s executive director and was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies – the property industry’s accreditation body prior to the Council for Estate Agencies’ inception.
As a member of PropertyGuru’s executive team, he will lead the overall sales function for Singapore, the flagship market of the Group in Southeast Asia.
He will oversee a team of 50 Gurus and drive sales strategy with a focus to continue value creation for partners and nurture key industry relationships. Dr Tan will be reporting to the Chief Business Officer of the Group.
