Frasers Property Singapore opened Rivière, a luxury residential development along the Singapore River, for preview on 25 May. Set to be completed by 2023, the 99-year leasehold property will feature 455 units across two 36-storey towers.

The development offers one- to four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 560 sq ft to 2,002 sq ft. Prices start from $2,580 per sq ft.

“Every great city has an iconic river, and so does Singapore. With Rivière, we have thoughtfully set out to create a space that would take full advantage of its rare and significant location,” said Frasers Property Singapore chief executive officer Christopher Tang.

Elevated over 18m above ground level, units at the development offer views of the Singapore River, while the project’s Sky Deck on the 37th storey boasts city views along with an eatery and spas.

Rivière is near three Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations – the upcoming Havelock and Great World City stations as well as the Fort Canning station.

Frasers Property plans to develop the area around Rivière. This bigger development will comprise three conserved 100-year-old godowns in Jiak Kim Street, and newly constructed four-storey serviced apartments. The godowns with feature a specialised grocery store and food and beverage outlets, among others.

Rivière is set to be launched in phases starting July.
