Jules Kay has been appointed as director of PropertyGuru’s Asia Property Awards business. He is one of the original team members of the Awards and leads an experienced team managing sales and marketing, event management as well as the awards entry and independent judging process.
Asia’s leading property technology company PropertyGuru Group has appointed Jules Kay as director of its Asia Property Awards business, which remains the region’s largest real estate awards platform.
With its independent judging panel comprising over 80 industry experts, the Awards is the industry’s most respected and recognises excellence in design, development and innovation.

In addition, the Awards is expected to be even bigger this year as leading developers from Australia, Hong Kong, China and Japan are set to compete in the Grand Finals to be held in Bangkok in November.
Kay, who happens to be one of the original team members of the Awards, is taking over the leadership role from founder and managing director, Terry Blackburn.
He leads an experienced team managing sales and marketing, event management as well as the awards entry and independent judging process.
“With his deep understanding of the awards business and extensive regional property market experience, Jules will be a great partner in furthering the growth and stature of the Awards. I look forward to working closely with him,” said PropertyGuru Group chief business officer Jeremy Williams.
