Margaret Ville, a new 99-year leasehold condominium by MCL Land in District 3, drew about 2,000 visitors over the weekend after its showflat along Margaret Drive opened for preview on Saturday (19 May).
The profile of visitors to the invitation only preview included second-time home buyers and investors, said the Hong Kong-based developer.

“Potential buyers were impressed by our efficient layouts and premium finishes which are comparable to high-end developments in prime District 9,” said a spokesperson for MCL Land.
“We also received very good feedback on our innovative and well thought out storage designs in the development,” she added.
Located in Queenstown, the project comprises one 40-storey tower with a total of 309 units. Specifically, there are 78 one-bedroom, 114 two-bedroom, 78 three-bedroom and 39 four-bedroom units, with sizes ranging from 463 sq ft to 1,184 sq ft.
The spokesperson noted that the project has an average price of about $1,900 psf. An early-bird discount will be offered to those who visit the showflat during the two-week preview period.
Margaret Ville is located close to the Queenstown and Commonwealth MRT stations on the East-West Line. Slated to be officially launched next month, the project is expected to be completed by 2021.
