A single-storey detached house at 18/20 Berwick Drive has been launched for sale, with a price tag of $11.5 million, or $1,085 psf, revealed marketing agent Savills Singapore.
Located within the Serangoon Gardens landed housing enclave in District 19, near the Lorong Chuan MRT and Serangoon bus interchange, the 999-year leasehold property occupies a combined land area of about 10,602 sq ft and enjoys a 33m frontage.

The site is zoned for two-storey mixed landed residential use under the 2014 Master Plan. It can be redeveloped into a pair of detached homes, two pairs of semi-detached homes or a combination of both housing types, subject to relevant authorities’ approval.
“Supply of landed plots in well-established residential neighbourhoods is becoming increasingly rare. Coupled with limited supply of landed conventional housing in the pipeline, 18/20 Berwick Drive (held under single ownership), will appeal to developers who are acquiring sites for immediate redevelopment,” said Savills Singapore senior director of investment sales Suzie Mok.
“The site may also be attractive to multi-generational families who favour this location for its quaint surroundings as well as the abundance of amenities.”
The tender for 18/20 Berwick Drive closes on 15 November.
