“Le Quest comprises a residential condo with the convenience of a commercial retail mall, supermarket, food court and childcare centre below. Combined with smart technology, Le Quest affords residents the luxury of condo living with amenities with the convenience of shared services at the press of a button,” said Benedict Lim, one of this year’s judges and partner at EY and ASEAN real estate M&A leader, an investment management and professional real estate expert in Singapore.
With input from ADDP Architects, Ong & Ong for interior design and Ecoplan Asia for the spectacular landscaping, Le Quest is on target for completion in late 2021. The development boasts five blocks of 12 storeys, comprising 516 residential units from studios to four-bedroom condos. It also has 100 commercial outlets made up of 49 shop units with street-facing facades, 49 restaurants, a supermarket and a food court.
The landscaping at Le Quest is set to be a green oasis reawakening the senses with a Zen garden, fitness corner, picnic ground, 50-metre lap pool and aqua lounge, social room and recreation club, deck, lawn and outdoor dining. Meanwhile, residents can rediscover shared experiences with a family pool and pavilion, dining pavilion, sky BBQ and bubble water jets.
Creating a zest for life and re-energising residents is a tennis court as well as kids’ pool, pavilion and playground, BBQ pavilion and retreat space. Reinvigorating residents’ lifestyles is a putting green, gym, spa lobby and therapy pool.
