Amara’s Newton luxury project to launch next week

Amara Holdings, a firm with various businesses like hotels and specialty restaurants, is poised to launch its 10 Evelyn residential development in Newton next week.

Designed by award-winning designer, Mok Wei Wei of W Architects, the freehold project comprises only 56 units spread across four five-storey blocks. These consist of one- to two-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom penthouses with unit sizes from 527 sq ft.

Amara Holdings CEO Albert Teo told the Business Times that units will be priced at over $2,400 psf.

Located off Newton Road in prime District 11, 10 Evelyn sits on a 30,298 sq ft site that is close to the Newton and Novena MRT stations.

The project is also close to shopping malls such as Velocity, Square 2 and United Square, as well as popular dining spot Newton Food Centre.

Nearby healthcare facilities include Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Thomson Medical Centre and Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital.

Several established schools are also within the vicinity, including St. Joseph’s Institution Junior, Anglo-Chinese School (Junior) and Singapore Chinese Girls’ School, while Orchard Road and the central business district (CBD) are a short drive away.

10 Evelyn comes with various facilities including a gym, 20m pool and landscaped courtyard with a lawn.

Future residents will also enjoy smart home features like a seamless intercom system for guests and an automated carpark, along with lighting and air-conditioning that can be remotely controlled via a smartphone.

“We’ve taken great care to balance luxury and practicality, creating an unparalleled living experience for residents at 10 Evelyn that optimises its ideal location within Singapore’s most coveted prime district,” Teo added.

10 Evelyn will launch on 13 October with its completion targeted by early-2020. Its sales gallery at the 100 AM mall in Tanjong Pagar is open daily from 11 am to 6 pm.
