EC site in Sumang Walk launched for sale

An executive condominium (EC) site measuring 27,056.4 sq m in Sumang Walk has been launched for sale via public tender on Tuesday (12 December), according to the Housing & Development Board (HDB).

Offered under the 2H 201a`7 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme, the confirmed list site has a maximum permissible gross floor area (GFA) of 81,169.2 sq m and could potentially yield about 820 units.

The land parcel is a short walk from Punggol Reservoir and Punggol Cove Primary School, as well as Nibong and Sumang LRT stations.

Moreover, the winning developer is required to complete the residential project within five years commencing from the tender of this EC site.

The tender for the Sumang Walk plot will close on 30 January 2018, likewise for two other residential sites, namely Chong Kuo Road and Handy Road. These were respectively launched by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) in October and November 2017.
