Voting for the 8th edition of the MIPIM Asia Awards is now open, offering developers the chance to received one of the most distinguished forms of recognition in the industry.
Rewarding the most outstanding real estate projects in Asia-Pacific, the MIPIM Asia Awards this year features a total of 11 categories. Winners will received either a gold, silver or bronze accolade.

Best Hotel and Tourism Development
Best Innovative Green Building
Best Mixed-Use Development
Best Office and Business Development
Best Residential Development

Best Urban Regeneration Project
Voting closes on July 24 and the winners will be revealed during the prestigious Awards Gala Dinner which will take place on December 2 at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Hong Kong. The Awards form part of the MIPIM Asia Property Leaders’ Summit.
