Bukit Sembawang Estates is looking to sell the remaining 30 units at Vermont on Cairnhill (pictured), a luxury condominium located near Orchard Road.
Only two and three-bedroom apartments are still available for sale at the 158-unit freehold project which received TOP a month ago.
Sizes range from 883 sq ft to 915 sq ft for the two-bedders and 1,335 sq ft to 1,550 sq ft for the three-bedrooms, with prices averaging around $2.2 million and $3.5 million respectively. A spokesperson for Bukit Sembawang said the development’s average price is $2,500 psf.
The Vermont on Cairnhill comes with full condo facilities and is within proximity to Newton MRT station, Newton Hawker Centre and reputable schools.
Meanwhile, residential prices in the Core Central Region (CCR) which includes the Cairnhill area in District 9 fell for the fourth consecutive quarter, dropping 1.1 percent in Q1 2014.
Analysts reckon that declining home sales volumes and cooling measures such as the Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) framework are contributing to the price decline.
