The Bridge's SOHO units warmly received

6 Jun 2014

The launch of the SOHO (Small office, Home office) component of The Bridge condominium project was warmly received, with 11 percent of the units sold during the first two hours of sales, said media reports.

The condominium project, a joint venture between Singapore’s Oxley Holdings and Cambodia World Bridge Land and, introduces a new lifestyle to Cambodia.

On the first day of the launch, SOHO units at The Bridge range between 32 sq m and 54 sq m, while prices start from US$3,000 (S$3,759) per sq m.

Despite the relatively high prices of the units, Dith Channa, General Manager of VMC Real Estate Cambodia, expects The Bridge to be successful given its good location and design.

Aside from the 963 SOHO units, the project will also offer 762 one to three-bedroom apartments, and penthouses.

The project’s groundbreaking ceremony is slated for 12 June, while overall construction works are expected to be completed within four years.
