The portfolio sale of six high-end residences at 8 Nassim Hill in prime District 10 has seen healthy demand from buyers, with five units sold since its launch in April, revealed marketing agent Savills.
Most of the buyers are Singaporeans and the rest are foreigners and PRs.
“The purchasers’ recognised value when they see one and hence were not deterred even if the purchases attracted Additional Buyer Stamp Duties. The five units were sold at about S$2,400 psf and are below replacement values,” said Philip Ng, Associate Director of Investment Sales at Savills Singapore.
The units moved comprise two triplex townhouses and three triplex penthouses, while the last available unit is a corner penthouse featuring five ensuite bedrooms as well as a garden and pool.
The remaining unit measures 5,759 sq ft and has a price tag of S$13.55 million, which translates to S$2,300 psf.
8 Nassim Hill is jointly developed by BBR Holdings and Shing Kwan Group. Located near Tanglin Mall and the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the development appeals to buyers who prefer a low density setting with easy access to modern amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.
