The URA has awarded the tender for a white site located at Jurong Gateway Road to Lend Lease Commercial Investments and Lend Lease Retail Investments 3.
Lend Lease submitted a top bid of S$748.9 million during a public tender that closed on June 24. This translates to around S$650 psf ppr for the site.
The 99-year leasehold site can be developed into residential, hotel and commercial use. It has a maximum gross floor area of 107,098 sq m and a site area of 19,124.5 sq m.
