Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has launched its Industrial Government Land Sales programme for the second half of 2010.
The programme covers a total site area of 19.92 hectares with three sites now on the Confirmed List with seven more on the Reserve List.
The three land parcels on the government’s Confirmed List scheme include a land parcel located at the junction of Toh Tuck Avenue and Old Toh Tuck Road, a land site at the junction of Yishun Avenue 9 and Yishun Street 23, while the third one is located at Kaki Bukit Avenue 4.
MTI will also introduce four additional sites on the Reserve List system including a land parcel at Ang Mo Kio Street 62, Kaki Bukit Road 4, Tuas View Square and Woodlands Avenue 12.
Meanwhile, the three sites listed on the Reserve List during the first half of 2010 will be carried forward to the second half this year.
In H1 2010, the government has also offered 10 industrial sites – eight on the Reserve List and two on the Confirmed List. Three of the reserve list sites were sold, including a land parcel in Woodlands Avenue 12 and Yishun Avenue 6 (parcels 1 and 8).
