would there really be rental demands? i am thinking of buying a freehold condo in the east but is nervous about the purchase as i cm concerned about rental demands. can advise direction as well as location to buy? thank you. melissa

Hi Melissa,

The demand for rental at D15 if always there as it considered as a prime area.

However, high rental yield property is mostly from D9/D10. If not, you may invest in condo near MRT station.

Currently i am marketing a unit at Pier @ Robertson with tenancy. Feel free to contact me so i can provided with more detail as well as some suggestion on projects that maybe a good investment.
