Would like to know the government policies which will affect me should I buy an additional private property? I currently own a private property and 4Rm HDB (still have 4 yrs MOP). I am Singaporean and will have no problem with 40% down payment on another private property. Thanks

Hi EW,

With the current ruling, I afraid that you are still not eligible for the purchase of any private due to your MOP.
