would like to check currently my parent have a hdb currently under my parent, joint tenancy .
i and my wife going to get another hdb for our own
My dad currently 68yr old have bank personal credit card debt close to 6 figure ,not bankrupt yet
My parent told me they going to leave the house to me after they not ard anymore , in the case if the last one pass on is my dad , do i have to pay the bank on his behalf when he pass on as i know cannot have two hdb and i need to sell the flat away ? HDB is fully paid.
