With this new year 2010 just started.
Can any expert inform me the movement for landed property at district 16?
Whats the prospect of buying now?
Kindly provide best advise.

Dear Mr Loh

Landed properties are the trend now and D16 is indeed the GCB of the East so you are making a very wise decision if you are thinking of purchasing now.

There are a couple of very beautiful new landed properties in D16 which I will be very happy to show or tell you about in detail.

Thanks for your great advise.
Base on my own survey after the govt. latest restriction.
Its definitely a good idea to own a landed compare to condo property now.
Hopefully my judgement is correct.
