With the new rules n regulations with regards to purchasing a private property, how much do we need to deposit to secure a condo unit? How much cash needed? How much from CPF can we use? Juz purchased a resale flat, we intend to move to a condo after our eligibility to sell new flat. Pls advise. Thanks
