With the new Property Rules,when is the commencement of the 4yrs seller stamp duty start? Upon signing the option to purchase or start of bank loan?
Eg - If I book a unit in 2009 & TOP in 2013, my 4th year will be 2013? or 2017?

Hi Benny,

You are not affected by the new ruling.

It is only efefctive 14 Jan 2011, and based on exercised date (not OTP date).
