With the COVID-19 in place, what is the standard procedure of subletting tenants ?
If tenants wish to view the unit before making any confirmation, what is the guideline in doing this?

As we enter phase 1, physical viewings is not allowed. If unit is vacant, an agent/owner can enter the premise for phototaking/video or conducting virtual viewings to show to potential tenants. Do contact me at 93375051 for a free and non obligatory discussions on this.
