Hi Alex,

I do not see why demand for EA and EM will not be there. Typically, these units will be in demand for family with multi generation hoping to stay together, but are unable to afford a landed property or private property with space huge enough.

As most young parents nowadays are usually out working in day time, most will have to rely on their parents to take care of their kids in day time, therefore staying together will avoid the hassle of shuttling between office, parents' place and home.

Hope this sounds reasonable to you in your decision making. If you are thinking of purchasing, my colleague is currently marketing 1 EM in Kembangan area. It is a renovated high floor unit. Let me know if you are interested.
