The Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act (BMSMA) dictates that a condominium’s Management Corporation (MC) has the right to make additional by-laws such as on the architectural and landscaping guidelines to be observed by all subsidiary proprietors.

As such, you must check with your MCST if this is allowed.
