why the prices in the LAKESIDE APARTMENTS so low compared to other condos?

Prices are not as high compared to neighbouring projects due to:-
- Lakeside Apts has been around since 1977 (
(Has aged)
- Little Condo facilities

Lakeside Apartments is considered an apartment, not condo, since there are no condo facilities.
Furthermore, it is old (>30yrs). However, with the upcoming Jurong Lake development, the enbloc potential is there.
