Why is there no agent reponding to my interest by email?

1) Did you contact the agent via this portal or in an advertisement?
2) Did you leave an email address for an agent to contact you?
3) If you referring to this "AskGuru" portal, no agent can see your email address unless you had inserted it in your question.
