Why is that only agents can list on propertyguru and not owners/landlords?

Have you throughly explored the option of engaging a specialist as opposed to doing everything on your own. Have you measured the pros and cons? The main reason behind this was, propertyguru was created with the intention to assist licence sales person to widen their property exposure.
Thus the basic requirement were:
(1) Only eligible for qualified sales person, meaning has to study and pass the required exams prepared by CEA, a council to govern all sales agents to ensure they all meet a certain standard in carry out their profession.
(2) Certified sales person who pay a yearly subscriptions up to $2,000 annually.
