Why does agent ask for exclusivity to sell? Is it not that the property can get more exposure if market by few agents?

Morning,

Having many cooks doesn't meant that the food will be very well done. Having one agent to take care of the whole transaction will allow him to manage the whole situation. It will also prevent price war, between agents, which would damage the marketing prospect of your unit.
However, personally, I have not used the Exclusive forms yet, within my 6 years in the industry, as it does not work in the maximum benefite to the seller.
