Why buy properties in Spore need to pay for COV? As a PR I think this COV money seems pretty awkward, looks odd, why people who already get profits from the unit they bought 10 yrs ago still want to make money over the valuation price, that's looks greedy, right? If it's only max 5-10k I think it's ok (even still odd) but for such a case they asked for 40-50k, even more greedy. Could Guru answer me why goverment and housing miniter of Spore didn't take action for this unhealthy case?
