Hi Mr. Thomas,

There is no best project, it all depends on your objectives and requirements, preferred layout and facilities etc. One thing however is that Bellewaters is the only EC among the 3 with no resale levy payable, but if you are 1st timer purchaser it doesn't affect you.

Normally the actual PSF advertised by agent or developer is average, it depends on the actual size and price of the unit.
Which is the best project, really depends on individual requirement.
