Hi smita,
Are you looking to buy for own occupation or investment? Anyway, it is good to start shopping now and if you see any nice unit which you think is the right one for you,start offering based on what you think is the right price. There is no point waiting another few months for market to soften as once market softens, the right units may no longer be available.
