Nattaa, considering the Quantum difference, the same percentage increase of EC and BTO will cause the EC to yield a higher return after 1 years.

Thanks for reply. Will put my question elaborately. Assume that I purchase EC or BTO today. After considering 5 years for unit readiness and 5 years for MOP, then only I can able to sell unit(either BTO or EC). BTO will be HDB unit even after 10 years. But EC will be converted&promoted into Private condo.
Can you please advise me whether buying EC or BTO will be good investment for getting more profits after 10 years. Also please highlight pros and cons for buying BTO and EC.
