Where can I see how old are the HDB and condos in property guru? There is this lease sell back to Hdb program base on the years of lease remaining, how does this affect pricing ? A 50 years lease left vs a 90 years lease left could mean a lot at my old age or next generation but I can only see per sq feet comparison , not on age . In view that most properties in Singapore are 99 years only, , is property guru going to add in a view on age left, what buyer is paying per year of lease left ?
