When we need to pay commission fee for HDB & Pte property agent, while the transcation not yet completed?

Afternoon Audrey,

Most agencies would bill you the invoice during midst of the transaction. I dare not comment on other's behalf but I always request my clients to settle the outstanding after the completion.
This normally gives my clients peace of mind.
It would be advisable to discuss this issue with your servicing salesperson, to avoid any unwanted conflict.
