Whats the potential of Bishan 8 and Chitern Park going enbloc in the long term?
I'm looking to buy a unit in one of them. thanks for your feedback in anticpation.

Hi have a new list in Nuovo, directly opp Yio Chu Kang MRT, this is an Executive Condo total 297 units, going to be 5 years in Aug 2009, 1389 sf, beautiful brand new condition , high floor with open view, 800k to buy. Call me 90266673 if want to view. ECs are 100k cheaper than condos in Bishan 8 eg. for the same size, but only open for PR and citizens. It will be privatised in 5 years time. Read More
