What's the cost of the e-resale net admin fee and cost of valuation report? Both are usually borne by the buyer during a HDB resale?

No qualms about being charged these, but the amount informed by agent doesn't seem to correspond to that in the HDB website. It's not about the money here.

Afternoon Nick,

The valuation report is noramlly done by the seller or seller's agent, to allow them to market their property with ease.
Buyers, however will be required to purchase it over from the seller, so that they can obtain the loan from the bank or HDB.
This valuation report can range from $170.50 to $185, depending if it's being submitted online or by hand.
As for the admin fees, it's $80, for both buyer and seller.

For the ResaleNet application fee, it says here at the HDB website, that it's $60:

So am I right to understand that there is a $20 service charge from the Agent. Or is the website information outdated?
the difference is the admin fee from the agency either online or by hand.
