Under what circumstances do you think that your appointed agent is not doing a good job? It is good to have a talk with your appointed agent on your expectations and align with him or her so that both parties are aware of the situation. Although this is can be an opportunity for me to just say that you may terminate his services by writing in to the agency, I'd like to put myself in your appointed agent's shoes and will always like to know in what way am I not meeting my client's expectations. 2 way communication is very important for a seller-agent relationship.
