good that you got passed your exam.
if you are free come and join us for a week tour and see how we do our job as an RES. if you feel good then join if not can take alook how my team is doing it.

Congratulations on passing the RES exams.
Your 1st step to becoming a successful real estate salesperson is very near. There are several agency. So it is a difficult decision to select one. Important is the mentor which you also need to know, as the mentor will be the one who will guide you, coach you and groom you to be a Top Achiever.
I have personally groom some of my agents to be Top New Achievers,. Besides the mentor, it also depends on one's own determination and how hungry you want to succeed in this line.
