what rent guide price in simei area for 3 bed condo with 1200sft?

Hi Venkat,
Simei estate although is not huge, but prices vary greatly for the different projects. If you are able to pinpoint or be more specific about the location, it will help greatly in us providing a price range. Nevertheless, Glenn has mentioned that the price range for the projects that are very near to MRT are commanding a rental rate of $4k up. This is for a fully furnished unit.

Hi Venkat, if you are near the MRT, you can try for $4000, but if the condition of the house needs some work expect at lease 5% less.
If you are further away say Melville Park or Changi Rise Condo then you will have to lower your expectations further.
If you intend to rent out the property on your own please note that you need a good tenancy agreement that protects your interests. I am willing to share this with you.
