Dear Wayne,

Lawyer fees varies. Some considerations are:

1) Quantum of sales
2) If you have fully paid up for the unit
3) Special arrangements

I am not in a position to advise on the fees chargeable but I can direct you to some of the lawyers I have worked with to give you an estimated quote.
