Dear Johan,

The real prices are what you are seeing and maybe slightly lower. You've already mentioned that these prices are above last transactions, and they are already in the past.

If you are uncomfortable about any prices, perhaps you may wish to check with a bank on the indicative valuation to justify the price point.
