what is the plot ratio for Katong Odeon? any potential for unblock ?

Hi,
The plot ratio is 3.0 and the development is approximately 40 years old (approx TOP 1983). There is potential for enbloc but presently there is some upcoming supply (in the pipeline land not yet sold and developments which already gotten planning approval) within this vicinity which may slow down developer's interest for older developments enbloc at the moment. They are the continuum, tembusu grand, dunman grand, the next upcoming government land sales at jalan tembusu and most recently, the enbloc of meyer park by UOL and Singland.
