In a layman terms, condo and apartment typically differs in the project size, where most condos will come with full condo facilities while apartments may only have facilities on a smaller scale.
These projects will appeal to the different masses, where typically apartments will appeal to buyers who values privacy more than facilities since it is likely to be a smaller project with lesser households.
