For a Singapore Citizen, the Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty (ABSD) is 12% while for a Singapore Permanent Resident, the ABSD is 15%.

Hi ther, it depend on what residential status you are in Singapore. If Singaporean purchasing second property under your name, that will be 12%. If PR that will be 15%. Hope it help.

1) ASBD varies for different residential status:
(a) SC = 12%
(b) SPR = 15%
(c) FR = 20%

2) You will be eligible for ABSD remission if you are an SC family buying for upgrade.
