Hi Celine,

PSF is a acronym for Per Square Foot.
It is an indication to see how much does one condominium unit cost. The lower the psf the more cost effective for a unit.

This is most commonly used in private properties in Singapore, rather than using square meter, because of some legend reason.

This is an easier way to seek for a unit which is most worth buying especially when there are few hundreds to select from.

Hope the above answer to your main concerns, but if there are more queries, please feel free to contact me at 90110636 , or email: ling.ck7@gmail.com if more information is needed.
I'll be glad to assist.

Best regards
