What big is the study room as stated in '1 bed room + 1 study room' ? Can a bed fit in ? Or the size is roughly same as utility room in HDB ?

Hi, I think you are referring to a condo unit right? Normally for study room, a single size mattress should fit into it. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.

Different projects may have different specs, hence it is best to look at the floor plan and overall built in area to gauge, or just head for a viewing. Thanks and hope to assist with your housing plans.
